Inverse Square Law Explained

Guys,

I'm new to off-camera flash photography so I'm learning more and more everyday. This forum is a great resource for information so I wanted to share a video (for others in my same boat) I found that explains the "Inverse Square Law" in plain English and shows how it works in practice. It's from AdoramaTV and the presenter is Mark Wallace. I like the way he explains things; it's very clear. This is key to understanding how light travels and affects shadows on a subject. It's a little weird to grasp at first since the concept is kind of counter-intuitive, but you'll get it by the end of the video.
