Irises; a 8 picture set

Over the last few outings, I've been paying particular attention to the various Irises I've come across. Here's a rather large 8 picture set of Irises, all taken in soft diffused natural light except for the 2nd picture, where I used fill light as there just wasn't enough natural light. Not sure I really like the final results.

Charlie, ain't that the truth. The lighter the pastel color, the harder it was to get the exposure right, and even in PP is was bear.

Judi, why thank you. I'm blushing. The Irises were the toughest floral set I've yet tackled. For a change I didn't have to deal with direct, contrasty sunlight. Got to hand it to Nikon as the D90 interfaced perfectly with Nikon Capture DX2, and let me stay focused. When I strayed with my editing, it was so, so easy to get back on course.
