Is it possible to create infra red effects on Lightroom 4?

I am talking about converting normal photos into IR using some "effects" in L4, and if yes how? Thanks!

Lightroom's Develop module and Camera Raw are the same software.

I think this is a case where it's just easier to do it in camera.

Yes, it could probably be done in LR or PS, but when all it takes to do it in camera is a filter and a tripod, why bother?
