Is there a product that transfers power from hote shoe to a live hot shoe RAIL?

What I want is something just like this:


But with actual transfer of hot shoe POWER from the shoe to the entire rail. What you see above is just a metal bar that physically attaches to the shoe, but will not trigger flashes etc. without a pc cord or whatever.

There are products that transfer power to another single shoe higher up (allowing for extra cord plugins etc. in between), but no product I can find that transfers power to the entire rail.





Basically what I want to do is to have one flash right on top of my camera, as well as a one or two wireless transmittesr that sends a signal to flash(es) off-camera, and for all devices to be triggered by the shutter without having to have extra unnecessary cords and things.

The transmitters have their own batteries that actually power the signal. They only rely on the hot shoe power as a switch, basically. So it shouldn't be any issue of not enough juice.

This is such an obvious product that I refuse to give up too easily. It must have been made somewhere...

There are hot shoe adapters that have multiple ports on them. That would allow you to trigger multiple devices in one instance.

I do this all the time. I put a flash in the hot shoe, then I connect my wireless transmitter to the camera's PC flash sync socket. I usually strap the transmitter to the side of the flash, just to keep it out of the way.
