Is this person famous?

So I was wandering around San Francisco on this last Friday when I came across a movie set on Stockton street, it was some coffee shop. I was leaving when I saw this dude, very photogenic looking through the window so I just snapped a few of him.

This person looks reaaaaaly familiar to me, but maybe I just convinced myself. Someone I know thought they looked like Toby Mcguire but I don't know, I dont follow celebs.

Any ideas? It was probably just some independent film set but I thought it would be fun to check
