Is this site legit to buy my D40?

Hey everyone I just got back from drill weekend, and I'm trying to find the best online dealer to get my d40. I found photodynasty.com has it for 329! is this legit? If so I'll buy it right now and get the refurb 55-200mm lens from amazon.

HYG---If you do a google search all the horrible things about those types of companies that keep changing their names because they're illegal---will come up and you can read about photodynasty in particular. Dylj is right, also check resellerratings.com

I wouldn't worry about gray-market products from B&H. They're a very reputable organization.
