I have been a bit OTT in my delight in finding inexpensive new / ex-dem Fujifilm cameras at entry level prices .
However , the lockdown and the comfort of the X-Pr01 / X-T1 and indulgent gifted , X-T 100 Champagne with my wife tackling kneck cancer , has caused me recognise that it is all about OPPORTUNITY when retirement threatened the acquisition of any analogue styled digital camera reflecting on my Minolta SRT 102 years .
At the original price , any of my Fujis would be unreachable , especially considering £370 for the quirky X-Pro 1 and 27mm - brand new in mid 2016 .
OK this led to watching out for further Fuji delights over the last few years , adding a couple of excellent 'kit' zooms ,but I could easily have just continued with the X-Pro / 27.
It is about the money , but more about the opportunity for us lesser mortals .
respect
