It's raining outside...

...so I don't have to go into work today. I thought I'd post a picture that I just got back. I was shooting it for the flower, but accidentally got my hand in the picture. I actually like what the hand adds to the picture.

That's a nice shot, but I think I'd prefer that your hand were in focus with the flower. Hard to identify it, so it distracts from the subject.

I could go with jim on the hand being a little more in focus though. but even with it not it's still an awsome shot in my mind.

I agree with Photobug. If the hand was in focus we would be able to tell what it is.

I had no problem telling that it was a hand. The flower head is the focal point in this picture, I like that everything else is out of focus.

Excellent! To me the hues pop out perfectly. The soft focus gives the shot a surreal quality. Critically, maybe burn the hand a little.
