Have you ever been to a farmer's market? At least around here (IN MAINE) there's a lot of different products available. From pottery, to paintings, to soap, and photographs. It's also a good way to network and outreach to the community.

Yeah, our local "Farmers Market" is a twice-a-week affair, and the arts/crafts area is at least AS popular, if not more so, than the produce part. It's really almost more of a street fair atmosphere. We have produce sellers, flower vendors, arts & crafts vendors, entertainment, music--it's a very popular venue. I've been thinking about getting my son to set up a booth at ours for his artwork.
