This seems unnecessarily dark.
His eye sockets are shadowed and there's all the space on each side that doesn't seem to add anything.
The bus is the brightest thing in the image and so the eye goes to that.

No shots where he is looking at me. He becomes very intent in what he is playing with. Yup he's in my avatar image too. My son Jacob is now just over two years old.

Yeah it doesn't play "wheels on the bus" anymore either. He beat that thing to death. I'm not sure if it has the wheels on it anymore!

You know he loves cars so much he puts them in his bus to ride around in.
