I see it.
On the whole I like it but the yellow cast is a little strong for my taste and I think you might take some flack for the vignette. Have you tried cropping closer at the right side to eliminate the partial white guitar? You'd then have to clone out the cord but that shouldn't be too hard. It's a good, strong photo and is worth the work to play around with it a bit more.
