Just a couple of B&W's I thought I'd share.

I like the first one – your subject looks like Anthony Quinn. Regarding #2, the subject and the background seem from different worlds, and in this particular case it doesn't work for me. Both images have a great range of tones.

I agree with previous poster.... I like #1 cause it kinda tells a story almost needs a caption, reminds me of my dad when I go to his house and we're hanging outside chatting up a storm. and with #2 his clothing and all doesnt really match the scene. Although I would say that I really like both shots from the technical aspect, great b&w's!
