I was at my friends house when I took this. I really like the contrast of the bulb and the darker glass around it. I did some post editing and added a radial blur around the bulb. I think it turned out well. :mrgreen: I'd love to hear what other people think.
yes in fact that's very pretty. at first i thought you took the shot while the shade was spinning, until of course i read the post. good time to use that effect, i would have just struggled for a while trying to get a good shot of a moving lamp.
It's kind of making me dizzy looking at it for a while, then my natural tendency not to look directly at light bulbs throws me off a little. nice job :lmao: :thumbup:
That's how I feel too, even though the lightbulb is sharp and still. I wonder how it would work with less blur around it... Nice idea overall; I've been trying things with lightbulbs as well lately...
