I like the last best, needs a bit of noise reduction though. Have you thought about bracketing your photos so you could expose the foreground as well and combine it later in post?

I've never had much luck with sunrises - I usually get too much flare or meter it wrong.

I like the first one.

Your right it is a little noisy. I don't know how to do bracketing yet, I need to learn!

The flare wasn't bad, and I other wise I just eyeball the shots!
