Just bought a new toy tear

I just broke down and bought a new monitor. It's the ASUS ProArt 1920x1200. It's beauty. It's not part of my three monitor setup. 24", 24" and 32"......yay! Pictures look great on this thing.

I know people have them. I don't know why. I use my computer screens and tv. Is it really necessary to have a dedicated calibrated monitor? And I wouldn't even know how to calibrate one.

Why didn't you make part of your monitor set up? Are you planning to? I have a three monitor set up and I will never do without them. I have a 22, 24, and NEC 27"...all calibrated with my printers.

It is part of my now 3 monitor setup. I need a larger desk.
