Looks like the plane of focus on the eye is just a fraction off, which is easy to do in Macro at such shallow dof. The back and nearer wing are perfect and full of detail tho.
There's no exif showing, I'd be interested to see that.

Although it might have it's little flaws it's a pretty good pic still with more positives than negatives. Good job!
