WOW! The 2nd photo is absolutely gorgeous! It's definitely a wall-hanger.

The 1st is an acurate exposure of a beautiful scene, but I have difficulty with the crop.

The lighting is unusual on the flower pic, but I really like it. Maybe that's why I like it. I don't usually go for flower pics, but I like this one.

I find the vegetation on the upper-right distracting. I doubt that a crop will really fix that, as it will cut into the subject. It would probably take a different vantage point.

I absolutely love the 2nd one. Really sharp. How was the lighting done?

I agree with the comments on the 1st picture. Some of the dead vegitation is distracting.

Both are lovely. I don't care much for flower shots, so my fave will be #1. The crop isn't bothering me at all, btw. Very nice!
