Just need verification....(stupid question ahead!)

I currently have the Canon 20D and am looking to upgrade to the 40D...(first....any suggestions on this?)

I am most likely going to sell the 20D to a co-worker who has a Digital Rebel. I will be keeping my lenses, because if I'm not mistaken, aren't all the EOS lenses interchangable? (there, that's the stupid question!)
That was her question as well.

All EOS lenses (EF and EF-S) will work on the 20D, 40D and digital Rebels.
