Interesting. I like the blue spot he is trying to clean up. Almost like he wants to clean up the woman who is wearing all blue. What's with the bell bottoms? '76?

Yes - definately! I really like the perspective and the positions of the two people. At first glance I thought he was hiding round the corner. Perhaps spying on her. Its a photo that makes me think and I like that.

I love the perspective as well!
Now if you could use a tad more compression on that jpg you won't really lose any quality and have something 1/3rd the size

Definitly.. The gaze of the woman takes you across the photo towards the old man.. Like trigger said, it makes you think.. you're wondering what the old man is doing and why he's cleaning the street.. etc etc.. Good shot
