I bought something on Amzon.com on the 16th of this month, sold by Adorama. It hasn't been shipped so I emailed Adorama today to find out that they are on holiday until the 27th! The "estimated" delivery date was yesterday.
So what I am pissed about isn't the fact that Adorama is closed for holiday, but the fact that they took my purchase order knowing they won't be able to deliver it on time. Luckily I know a person who I can borrow the thing from first and got the job done.
