It has an cool rhythm.
The perspective isn't very interesting in and of itself. Personally, I would try to get this shot with people, both near and far, to emphasize the perspective.
Just some thoughts.

Thanks! I agree to a certain extent about it needs something to add depth, but wouldn't people take away the empty feel of the picture?

Yeah it probably would, but then the parked cars already take away from the emptiness somewhat.

Technically, its nothing really. Its mostly the editing that makes it worth looking at.

Spend more time working on composition and good subject matter, that way when you edit them theyll really POP
