Juvenile Red Tail Hawk

A friend called to say she had what she thought was an injured hawk in her front yard...turned out he was just too full to fly at that moment but before he got back into the air, I managed to get off a few close up frames.

Made a pig of himself, huh? Might have been there after a Thanksgiving meal or two. Just roll me to the car. Lol.

Nicely done. I watched a cormorant today that was too full to fly too. Poor guy was being tormented by an eagle too.
