Their website FAQ states that they accept PayPal for US customers only.
I think reg is in the US so make sure that your on not logged into a different countries version of the site or such

Hope you have better service from them than I did. They lost my camera for 3 months, then when I finally got it back it still wasn't repaired correctly. Good luck.
