It is as good as any camera I have ever used to shoot sports that includes the 1D,1D mkll and the Nikon D3s, focus tracking is great. If someone is used to shooting over 6FPS then it's not for them, but even at 6FPS it's quick enough. It's really just a nice camera to use. I will be looking into getting a second body early next year.

I've got the 7D, 5d2 and the 1d3. I really am NOT in love with the 5d2. I can do what I need to do with my other cameras and it's got to go. I am really thinking about giving the 7D to the kids and going with the 1d3 and the 5d3.

It is a solid body and with the extra battery grip really comfortable to hold as well. I've only had it for a month, and haven't really had a chance to use it in a variety of different situations, especially under really poor light, I have no doubt that it with perform great.

Seeing how I know you have the ability to shoot high ISO's will you max your ISO out and give me some samples?
