He could have used Doc Holiday ... Doc was a dentist as I remember hearing.

So he "created" the image not "restored" the image. I get what he did but as a retouch artist myself I would be more impressed if it (the FULL image) was restored. And making him move is disturbing to me.

The sad part of this is that is this photo was taken after he was dead. His friends cleaned him up, redressed him and propped him up just to take this. And this guy made him look alive.
