Kinda Upset....

Closing the aperture would be an incorrect way of approaching the problem. You would have less light which wouldn't make sense if you were to use a higher shutter speed required to freeze the clouds. Opening the aperture up is the way to go. Unfortunately, I don't think you'll be able to open up the aperture enough to compensate for the light lost in using a faster shutter speed, at least not enough to allow for a fast enough shutter speed depending on how windy it is and how fast the clouds are moving. But maybe you'll get lucky and the clouds won't budge for your shot.

The only solution here is to increase your ISO substantially. You can't really sacrifice the small aperture anyway or else you'll end up with too small a depth of field and either the clouds or the house will be soft or completely out of focus.
