Lady portrait redux

So this is one of the picks by the model. I know the finger chop is unfortunate.

My main concern with this image, is a particular part that I'd rather leave up to the viewers to see.
If you guys can't then good, but I'll wait for a couple replies before I say what's bugging me.

Zooming in, it's the sheen of her makeup which gives a gold glare. Her right (our left) doesn't seem to have it in this shot, but in another image, it's there. Weird.

Also I think you should have included more of her arm, the way it's cropped is weird looking.

I tend to push the boundaries of "orthodox" crops, but I figured since the V from the bend of the arm is in frame, you can get a sense of the location of the arm without it being in frame.

I see what you mean, it's the way the material on the underarm of the shirt is stretched round in a curve to her side. The rest of her side is obscure by her (fantastic) hair. If that curve of material could be nudged/cloned out to make the lower side of the upper arm continue in a straight line till it vanishes into the hair fall that would have a considerable slimming effect.

Love the photo and the model is gorgeous! I think you can get away with the elbow crop (just) but you get a light slap on the wrist for the fingers.

Yes, that is true. The dress does have this wing like cut.

I like the photo overall, but am I the only one who would like to see slightly less shadow on the right side of her face? I’m not certain I’m using the terminology correctly, but I think a stronger “Rembrandt triangle” would take this shot to the next level.
