I had found the skull about two hundred yards from the road while waiting for the tow truck driver out in the middle of nowhere. I took about a dozen shots around it, then the truck showed up. Recovery was hasty, but I kept as much of the matrix as possible intact. I will explain as much as I can about this to her as well as show her some shots of similar terrain and habitat features. I have some shots of the two types of rabbit skulls in the area and will show them to her and let her identify it for me. This is going to be fun
