I like the Mount Cook pictures especially #3.

#1 is a little bland for me, with no real focal point.
#2 IMO the bridge is a distraction (IMO it is too small to be a focal point, perhaps a lower POV to raise the level of the bridge in the frame would help)
#3 Very nice, my eye naturally moves through this image easily, good left>right composition.
#4 Too underexposed, could do with a boost.
#5 I know it is a night shot, but it also seems to me to be a little under exposed (others may disagree...)
#6 Good POV, perhaps a little too much foreground (I would be tempted to crop the pool off from the bottom edge.
#7 Again a good composition, but suffers from a blue cast (WB to cool perhaps?)

All in all, a good set for a first post, stick around and have a look at others' landscape work, there are some notable images here.

I am by no means an expert, just look at some of the comments my pictures have gotten LOL. But here's some easy pointers.

1. Horizon looks to be slanting. Needs more color/contrast. The trees at the base of the center hill blend in to easily.
2. I would love to see a picture of just the peaks themselves.
3. Is my favorite!!! Good Job
4. More contrast to bring out the shade differences
5. Crop of just the building on the right word work better for me.
6. Doesn't work at all for me.
7. Too Blue, a bit of work in LR or PS to make the mountain more white, will be another awsome shot.

I would have to disagree with the other two. I think #2 is great. I really like how you really get the feeling you're on the bridge close to the top of the world.
I do however agree with the other things that have been said.

than was exactly what i was going for .. but looking at the comments maybe the mountains were too blue.. will have to fix the WB a tiny bit.
