In all but one of your images your blacks are so blocked in that they lose all appeal to me. I would strongly suggest you learn how to read the histogram in your camera, or is shooting film, learn to meter for the shadows and then process for your highlights. I played with the Harpa Performance Hall (last image) in PhotoShop and was able to get almost three full stops of light back into the shadows without losing anything in the details.

This is not a composition or subject matter issue, it is strictly an exposure issue. So shoot me for being honest. I have the Harpa image if you want to see the detail but since you have a no edit clause, I will not post.
