Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit

This is my next door neighbor's yard that he leaves as a "Junk" pile since he doesn't live here, and he is a contractor.

Normal sunset behind the clouds.

Organ Mountains, above NASA HQ. The only editing I did to this one was add a little bit of exposure due clouds going over head when I snapped it.

All shot on manual, for I think it's the only way to learn, IMO.

The second and third photos have great potential, composition is good.

Trever,

Thank you! What would ya do with the first one, or just a general "Snapshot" look? That's what I've been leaning towards since I posted it.

the first one draws my eyes to the tops of the row of trees. Perhaps framing the truck differently so that it becomes the focus point?

I agree with Trever - try cropping the picture from the top down and from the left so the truck becomes more the focus. As long as you do it in a non-destructive program, try some different crops.

I like #2!

for #3, it blends together a little too much for me - can't quite put my finger on it but I wonder if the clouds were brighter, it would help distinguish the difference for me???...

All right,

Here is the best crop out of 'em that I played with #1:

I played with this one a little bit in LR to see how it looks, and I think this looks the best if you want separation of clouds and mountains a little bit better:

Love the first one, the third is extremely interesting to me. The minimalist quality of the third is very very appealing :D

Maybe it's just me, I know the second one is "technically" great, but to me it looks like the background for some sort of motivational poster. Like in big white letters it would say "DREAM" or something like that, and it's just not very appealing to me. That could be good or bad though, whatever, just not my cup of tea.

I think these images look ALOT better now
I think the first one, it makes the truck the main idea
The third one the clouds and mountain dont blend as much
Goodjob :)

in #1 the white is blinding...

#2 doesn't have much of a subject...

#3 is interesting... but i think it could have been composed dif/better... the WB seems really off too... doesn't look natural even if it was a sunset...

I wonder how the truck one would look in sepia?

I feel like the truck picture looks like more of a snapshot......so I would suggest different angles on that. Would look great in black and white with a more closer picture of the engine bay. It has a lot of potential. The mountain picture is beautiful!

I like the first and second one . Then the edited one of the clouds:thumbup:
