Large scale panarama

One of my friends is opening a restaurant and asked me to do a lake sunset pic for him. Here is what i came up with.

It is stitched from 122 pics. He wants to print it so it is 50'x6'. The file size is about 5 GB. I am trying how to save it in photoshop to a tiff so it can be printed. Or can commercial printers print Psd files? Right now it says that all tiff files have to be 2GB or smaller. Right now it is 300dpi i dont want to lower it too much so it keeps a good quality. Does anyone have any ideas how i can lower its file size with keeping the print quality.

Here are the three versions. Please give advice to make it better if you got any. Which one looks best also.
