Just curious, do you lean forward and back to get good focus with your macro shots.

Lean forwards mostly I think- never really thought about it to be honest Kirk

I was referring to the rocking motion that some photographers use to find good focus when shooting macro. Some others don't use that method and just use auto or manual with the focus ring. I'm guessing you're of the latter.

I always use manual focus when shooting macro
