It appears that the focus is off, and too much contrast. Also the subjects are too small in the frame.

I can't see the girls for the trees.

It's seriously out of focus.

Main subject out of focus, image appears un-level, excessive contrast, dappled light on face of one subject, subjects too small in the frame, shot from too far above placing subjects in a submissive position.
