These are some shots from the wedding I photographed last saturday. Would love to hear some feedback.

Your images are marked as ok to edit, so here are a couple quick and dirty edits I did just to show you my suggestions:

In this I would get rid of the power lines and the building in the background.

I would edit this vertically. tried a couple different ones, but is hand kept popping in the corner as a contrasting distraction so this worked the best for me. The extra space to the right of the original doesn't help the image IMO. i would use a more shallow DOF to blur the background and add some isolation and a creamy bokeh to these. Also pay attention to details- he doesn't have a ring on.

Take that for what you will. Just my humble thoughts (but I won't do weddings- too many bridezillas!)

one and three's composition don't work for me. you should have included more back ground or less background. thats just my opinion.

on that first, I don't see too much of a point to the picture :/
there's a lot of dead space to the left. and I don't feel an emotion from seeing it, a picture (esp a wedding picture) should inspire emotion

maybe you have more pictures that have more chemistry between the bride and groom?
just one girl's opinion, hope I gave you something to think about!!

just a real quick crop from my cellphone!
maybe a crop like this can make the photo more about the bride? if it is a candid, it should be saved! if it was posed, then there could have been better poses, there is always more to learn about posing ones subjects

although.. you can do a better crop

I assume YOU don't use a smartphone to edit your images haha

I think these are paid shots, or u shot on ur own...If commercial assignment, needs good improvement...it shd be all wow.

Thanks. It was a candid shot. It was first sight photo before the wedding ceremony.

I agree on the cropping. After i posted the photo, I was looking at it and realized it should be cropped.
