A layer of fresh from the garden grilled eggplant, then bite size lightly fried chicken breast, diced hot & sweet peppers from the garden along with chopped Basil from the garden, covered with pasta sauce, Romano & Mozzarella cheese, another layer of grilled eggplant, Romano & Mozzarella. Baked @ 425°F for 30 minutes.
