Just a fun shot I made over the weekend. This bear was lounging in the pile of dead trees, and had a couple Al Bundy moments (scratching himself, and all). This was my favorite of the series. Not a great shot, but it's certainly a different perspective on this 700lb creature.

Seconds prior to taking this shot, I had been shooting under a covered area that was quite dark. Then I heard the wife say something like, "Look at what this bear is doing!" At which point I ran to where she was, and started shooting away. Didn't adjust the ISO until later, but this was the best shot of the series of this bear.
