I don't really like my focal settings on my camera. ;\

Wish the subject wasn't so centered. DOF is too much with the background obscuring the outline of the subject. Prefer to reduce DOF and concentrate (isolate) one aspect of leaf/water by getting in closer. Color balance might need correcting.

I'd have cropped differently too. Also, the colors seem very flat and uninteresting. I'm not sure how much you could correct in post given the lack of light, but you might give it a shot. Nice concept though.
