Pretty nice. I like the contrast and sharpness. I'd like to see the tip of the leaf; either that or crop even tighter. I'd also remove some of the larger white spots from the background, but that's very subjective - I can see how you might like them as contrast to the dark spots on the leaf.

Yeah, the tip being cut off bugs me. A closer crop might be good, like you said.

it looks like a lady's palm...i did not like the idea of not including the tip within the frame; otherwise, the concept is very artistic
