Lens adapter for kodak z740

I have a kodak z740 and found a vivitar mz5000 telephoto lens and was wondering if it's possible to get an adapter to make it fit or? I've called a couple camera shops and they say to go on a forum so here I am. The mz5000 is missing the t adapter and not sure what I need to make this work.
