Lens or flash

Hey Christmas is coming up and ill have some extra cash from the family to spend on my Christmas gift. I'm deciding between the 17-55 or another flash unit.

Currently I have 18-55 kit lens, 50mm 1.8 and the 80-200 2.8 so I was just wondering if it would be good to get rid of the kit lens and purchasing the 17-55mm or to buy another alienbees b800

Sorry for double. iPhone acting up. I think the 17 would be amazing for a wide angle and landscapes. Unfortunately I haven't had a lot of success in portraits and I'm looking to expand. So I feel myself leaning towards the flash to my arsenal.
