It's a Canon camera and it has one of the gold-colored rings on the lens. I think it's actually mounted on a d-slr video rig, hence the dark, variable neutral density of "fader" filter that is on the front of the zoom lens. The finger cut in the grip makes it look a lot like an EOS 60D...but the 6D also has that same cut and "eye" dot.
The lens is almost certainly the Canon EF-S 60mm f/2.8 Macro USM.
I'm less confident about the body. It's an APS-C Crop frame body (it has a bult-in flash and no full-frame bodies have a built-in flash). Also it's not a Rebel because Rebels have a red "Rebel" badge. This is a mid-range camera such as a 50D, 60D, or 70D. But the image is too blury for me to read the badge.
