Ok i am at the point now where i need a new lens to go any farther in photography still only a beginer but want to get more serious so i have been looking around at some lenses in my price range and found a few i think are ok for the money any help or suggestions welcome!!!!!! so here are the lenses i am looking at

1) Sigma 70-300mm F4-5.6 APO macro super (macro ratio 1:2) this is the one i want but a bit out of my price range
2) Sigma 70-300mm F4-5.6 DL Macro super (macro ratio 1:2)

3) Sigma 70-300mm F4-5.6 APO Macro (macro ratio 1:2) not a bad lens from what i can tell just isn't the super , that has the new lens tecnology

4)Tamron 70-300 F4-5.6 LD Macro

If any one has any other lenses they think are good for the minolta maxxum AF please post Thanks for all your help!!!!!

The APOs would probably be the better lenses altho I have none of these. You will have to make the subjective choice based on your budget. There are probably user reviews on these lenses at www.photographyreview.com

I heard some grate stuff about the sigma 70-300 APO...
I think the price difference is well worth it!
