Let them eat cake!

My sister in law and her cousin own a baked goods/catering business. This is the cake they made for my niece's 8th Grade Spring Formal.

I'm not going to even begin to know what I'm talking about when it comes to baking or decorating cakes, but I was told this is called a "topsy-turvy" cake. Popular amongst the younger crowd for Sweet 16s, etc.

Was shot in color as the cake itself was done in black and white (theme of the dance was "A Black and White Affair" or something of that nature.

I will post the SOOC shot later and you'll see that I had to clone the chit out of the crappy plastic table cloth and confetti.

That is one absolutely gorgeous cake design! I love it!
