The first one, I think you should of got the top of the head.

2 and 3 are nice, but as a general rule, it's best not to shoot up someone's nose. not the most flattering of angles. keep em coming!

you will learn later that you don't have to have the whole head within the frame...because we know its already there. fyi

2&3 are okay. #1 directs focus on to her neck. Regardless that you can cut off parts of the head in certain shots, this isn't one of them. Because of the composition & the way she is looking/expression it makes the viewer want to see what she is seeing. So having a little negative space on the top would have helped the photo...

Cutting off the head on a headshot is ok. I'm not sure about it otherwise though. That aside, like others have said about #; the angle is not interesting.

but her smile is beautiful

#1 is not the most flattering angle for this woman- it makes her jaw look way bigger than it really is. But I like the idea behind the shot.
#2 is great, the best of the three. if you photoshop out the bra on both the left and right side.
#3 almost there maybe with a little skin retouching... and removing that stray hair from across her nose

nice model. open heart surgery? well healed but still noticeable scar. it gives her character
