Light room question

I was watching an older TWiT photo pod cast and I noticed Scott Kelby tethering to lightroom, I have done this with camera control pro, but how can I do it with light room?

What camera, and is it LR3?

If it's supported connect your camera to the PC, and in Lightroom

Many don't know what all that is available under the 'Help' tab, or by pressing the F1 key, when they have Elements, Lightroom, or Photoshop open.
