Also notice that I type it Ws or Watt seconds, not watt/seconds. If this was a mathematical equation (and it is) it's Watts x seconds, not watts over seconds. So it should never be written with a slash. Also notice that Watts is capitalized (named after James Watt) and seconds is not.

You all have given me peace of mind about some of the kits out there. I think I will stick to one of the lower budget kit (two lights will give me more learning opportunities than one at this point when -- paired with my flashgun and some reflectors -- and in the case of Genesis and Flashpoint, I can get those for way less than the Alienbees). Once I learn enough to know what I actually want and NEED, I'll move on up the chain
