Lightroom - Any suggestions on a good tutorial?

Are there any tutorials out for Lightroom yet? I'd like to learn to use it. I've been stabbing it at for a couple of hours, and can see how it is really a lot better than Bridge -> ACR.

Hope there will be a skin for PS CS3 that looks like Lightroom.
