LightRoom question

Every time I export a picture from LR to my Desktop it puts it as a .pdf, is there a way to change that to .jpg. The .pdf ruins the quallity of the photo??

When you click Export don't you see settings, where you can select JPEG?

the drop down list only shows .pdf?

Ok, I found it, I was doing export from under "slideshow" not under the File drop down
