Lightroom question

When importing files into lightroom I choose to organise the files into folders by date. There are many options for the date format, but none that matches canon's default format (YYYY_MM_DD) which I've used prior to getting lightroom. Is there a way to change the setting somehow in lightroom to achieve this? I imagine it could be quite hard to the point where I'd even have to edit a registry entry or an actual lightroom file somewehre, but I dunno. Can't find much from google so any help is appreciated - otherwise I'll have to go through and change the date format on about 100 folders so that one of lightroom's formats will be the same (like YYYY-MM-DD).
